Falcon Surfacing offer a wide range of wet pour services to schools, nurseries, public parks and play areas to ensure that any children using the facility are fully protected against falls and injury.
All Falcon Surfacing wet pour playground surfacing has been tested to BS EN 1177 standards for safety and Critical Fall Height ratings.
Once the area has been prepped for wet pour safety flooring, the wet pour system is a two layer process. Firstly, an impact layer of SBR (styrene-butadiene) rubber is laid down before the top layer of wet pour rubber crumb is applied. The top layer is also known as the wear course, this is the layer that will get all of the use from children playing.
Design and Colour
The top most wear layer of rubber crumb is available in many different colours which allows for a truly vibrant play environment for children.
We are even able to include patterns, letters and numbers, shapes and bespoke shapes into the surface of the floor.
